Elastomeric Roof Coatings

Liquid ‘paint’ systems applied, fully adhered, "rubber-like" protective membranes. They can be applied as part of a roof or exterior wall system during the construction stage, in retrofit or as a maintenance application. Elastomeric coatings can reflect up to 90% of the heat from the sun. The difference between a coated and uncoated dark roof in August can be as much 60 degrees. An elastomeric roof coating on a metal roof will remain permanently flexible, allowing the metal to expand and contract with fluctuations in temperature.
